With over 13 years of experience in law enforcement, public safety, training, and community engagement, Holden founded Apex Response Solutions with a vision to create meaningful, lasting impacts through education and preparedness. What began as an idea centered around a single discipline has evolved into a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary training organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, agencies, and communities.

From crisis response and de-escalation training to driver preparedness, tactical education, and future specialized programs, Apex Response Solutions was built on the belief that effective response starts long before a critical incident occurs. Drawing upon years of real-world public safety experience, Holden has led the development of innovative programs focused on practical skills, collaboration, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
